This community is situated in the area of La Paz (Camacho y Muñecas province) at 3100, above sea level.
In 1997, SNKP-Bolivia commissioned a project (requested by Roberto Callisaya) for the installation of a drinking water system. The Dutch foundation H.A.N.D. in Zutphen donated 5000 guilders to support this project. The project was carried out by civil engineer Francisco Vasques Ramires and the community inhabitants. In order to construct the water system, the building material had to be carried across a distance of 5 kilometres.
